For our 1 hour breathwork classes, you will be breathing actively from 35-40 minutes with meditation to begin and close out the session and to help you integrate.
The breathwork we practice is a 3-part breath, typically breathing in through the nose or mouth into the belly, then into the chest, then releasing through the mouth. The breathwork technique will allow you to connect with your body, reach a meditative state, and feel more elated and connected afterwards.
