Soho House members and guests, join us in the sauna room for guided cold plunges from 8am-11am. A great activity for a nervous system reset and building focus and energy.
If you're pairing this with your sauna session, we recommend going in the sauna first and finishing with a plunge. However, going back and forth between the two adds to the immune boosting benefits.
Ideal protocol: 20 minute sauna and 3 minute cold plunge. For first timers, we recommend a 2 minute cold plunge.
