WELCOME TO DETOX HOUSE

 

My name is Aleks and I’m so grateful you’re here. This space was created with a simple mission: incorporate sensory experiences for nervous system regulation to take yourself to the next level.
 

WHY I STARTED:

For a long time I didn't know how good life could be. I was searching for something that would help me feel more grounded, more present, and more alive. That’s when I realized I was living too much in my head and not enough in my body. Through the power of cold showers and plunges, sauna therapy and hot baths, and breathwork I discovered a whole new level of being. 

 

HOW TO USE THIS APP:

Detox House isn’t just another wellness app — it’s your toolkit for nervous system regulation, personal transformation, and real-life integration. Whether you're working through a big shift in therapy, building emotional resilience, or training like an athlete, there’s a way to use this app that meets you right where you are.

THREE CORE WAYS TO USE:  


1. Use it as a bridge for therapy and coaching work

We don’t just heal in the mind — we heal in the body.

Whatever you’re uncovering in therapy or coaching — whether it’s a limiting belief, a stuck pattern, or a new identity you’re stepping into — the Detox House app helps you bring that into the body so the change actually sticks.

Had an “aha” moment in session?
Realized it’s time to take bold action?
Noticed an old belief that’s ready to go?

Here’s how to work with it:

  • Take the insight and create a new belief or anchoring phrase.
    → Example: Change “I'm afraid to ask for help, I fear it makes me look weak” to → “Asking for help is a superpower and helps me delegate and be more effective. The only way to be successful is to ask for help.”

  • Bring that phrase into a breathwork session or guided cold plunge using the Rewiring category.

  • Let your body feel the new belief. Anchor it in. Then move from it.

You can also use breathwork or contrast therapy to prepare your body to take aligned action — giving your nervous system the signal that it’s safe to move forward.


2. Use it for daily maintenance and nervous system tuning

This is your go-to reset button.

Even if you’re not in a major life shift, the Detox House app can support your everyday mental clarity, emotional balance, and energy flow.

Use it when you want to:

  • Lower anxiety

  • Increase focus and decision-making clarity

These practices support:

Schedule a weekly “recovery day” using the app — hot, cold, and breath-based practices work together to repair and recharge you on all levels.

You don’t have to choose just one.

Use the app after therapy on Mondays.

  • Guided Cold Plunge Sessions: Whether you're new to cold plunging or looking to deepen your practice, we’ve got you covered. These guided sessions will help you build resilience, reduce stress, and awaken your mind and body. If you don't have access to a cold plunge, use a cold shower. 

  • Guided Sauna Experiences: Our sauna sessions are designed to help you detoxify, relax, and find a meditative state of mind. Think of it as a warm hug for your nervous system, melting away tension and leaving you feeling renewed.

  • Breathwork: Here, you’ll find powerful breathwork sessions that are designed to calm your mind, boost your energy, and connect you to a higher state of consciousness. Whether you have 5 minutes or 30, there’s something here for you.”

JOURNEYS 

Powerful multi-day programs that walk you through specific intentions and goals. 

  • These are workshops that span across 3-7 days to help you focus in on a specific goal such as better sleep, emotional mastery and resilience, etc.
  • As a member you'll get access to all journey workshops which will be updated monthly to give you all the opportunities for expansion and uplevel.

  • Every Monday we'll provide you a reflection point that can help anchor in your practice
