What if joy was your only job?

Written on 03/21/2025

Welcome to this week's intention: finding your joy.

What would your day look like if your only job was to feel joy?

No schedule.
No productivity.
No one needing anything from you.
Just a blank slate and the invitation to follow what lights you up.

I’ve been feeling a kind of flatness lately—a sense that despite all the practices and protocols, something was missing. And I realized… I had gotten so good at being disciplined, so good at doing the “right” things, that I had forgotten how to just have fun.

Joy isn’t something we earn through effort.
It’s something we remember when we make space for it.

So this week’s intention is simple: Find your joy again.

This your permission slip to loosen the grip, reawaken your fire, and play with the possibility of feeling more alive.

Let it be easy this week. Let it be fun. See what happens when joy leads.

If you need some help in getting there, cold plunges or cold showers always help with boosting dopamine levels and we also have "Breathwork for Joy" under Breathwork practices.
