How many times have you had that inner knowing but ignored it? How many times did you let other people's opinions, voices, and the "should's" of society dictate how you should show up, behave, engage, etc.
While it's important to take it all in and always be learning. It's also critical to listen to your inner knowing. You already know what's true for you. You already know what you need to do. Trust in your judgement. Trust in your ability to make good decisions.
The key is to build that trust with ourselves. How do we do that? Clock the moments from the past where you were right. Remind yourself of the times you made incredible decisions that you're benefiting from now. Do this in a cold plunge, cold shower, sauna, or during breathwork to further reinforce that feeling of trust in your body.
